According to Dubai Land Department data, this 261,712 square-foot plot commands an impressive price of Dh3,591 per square foot.
This remarkable transaction has sparked a flurry of activity in Dubai’s real estate market, witnessing a whirlwind of transactions totaling Dh1.08 billion across 90 deals within a span of fewer than two hours. Naturally, the Palm Jumeirah deal took the spotlight.
Closely following this monumental sale were two other significant transactions—one valued at Dh14.9 million in the Mamzar area and another at Dh16 million in MBR City’s District One.
