Dubai developer Azizi Developments is set to build a 725-meter residential and hotel tower on Shaikh Zayed Road, positioning it as the world’s second tallest building.
Named Burj Azizi, the tower will be located next to the Dubai World Trade Centre metro station and is scheduled for completion in 2028. This new addition aims to stand just below the 828-meter Burj Khalifa, currently the tallest building in the world.
